SUDOE INTERREG

Regional development in South West Europe.

The Interreg Sudoe Program supports regional development in South West Europe by funding transnational projects through the ERDF Fund. Thus, it promotes transnational cooperation to solve problems common to that territory, such as low investment in research and development, low competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies and exposure to climate change and environmental risks.

The Interreg Sudoe Program (short for Interreg V-B Southwest Europe Cooperation Programme) was approved by the European Commission on June 18, 2015, with a budget of €141 million. The full text is available in Spanish, French, Portuguese and English.
