The purpose of the workshop is to learn about dominance techniques and resistance strategies to help you in your professional career to counteract situations where your colleagues encounter dominance strategies. Which strategies can you use to diminish these threats?
Domination techniques, also called master suppression techniques, can be described as unjust, often invisible actions towards one or several individuals in which the person(s) exposed are excluded from the working community. Throughout their professional careers, everyone encounters dominance strategies, often without knowing.
