The STEP summer school brings young scientists and senior researchers together to boost their academic careers and create an inclusive academy. One of the goals of the STEP project is to integrate Equality, Diversity and Inclusion principles and values in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math research.
The summer school provides a unique blend of creative workshops, and activities on EDI and academic communication for a better academic career. The activities will lead to fruitful discussions, collaboration, scientific achievements and informal networks. The STEP project is financed by Horizon Europe.
